InnVite Hospitality was founded in year 2000 by Andy Vasani and began with a 35 unit independent property in Tahkequah, Oklahoma. Our first property was updated and sold in 2002, using the profits to purchase larger properties and begin to invest in franchise opportunities. What our founder initially lacked in financial resources, he made up in boundless ambition, enthusiasm and energy. In September of 2003, InnVite Hospitality acquired a Super 8 Hotel in Zanesville Ohio, marking the purchase of our first franchise property.
Like most visionaries, our founder was confident that his investment would yield significant returns over time. His prediction proved to be right and there was no looking back. Mr. Vasani continues to add hotels to his portfolio across the Midwest.
